Great company with a good hiring process. Everything was well-organized, and all rounds were group-oriented and presentation-based, with some technical and aptitude components.
It was an overall great experience to be with IBM and all the great people there. They were very senior, masterfully skilled, and technically well-advanced. The level of questions was great.
