Applications Developer Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India

Process

I applied online and was contacted by HR the next day to schedule an interview. You need to wait outside the building until an HR representative comes out to escort you inside. I tried reaching HR multiple times by phone but was unsuccessful for almost an hour.

Just when I was about to give up, she finally answered and told me to wait there for another HR representative to pick me up. It took an additional 20 minutes for that person to arrive and escort me to the office.

Once I arrived, I was handed a laptop to take an online multiple-choice test without a time limit. This test required a code, which took another 10 minutes to obtain. The questions were irrelevant and poorly constructed.

Please do not waste candidates' valuable time. You could have asked them to complete an online test remotely instead of requiring an onsite interview.
