Process
I had an interview with HR, discussing my CV, English and German levels, and salary expectations.
After that, I had a technical interview with two of my future colleagues.
Following that, a manager and the team lead met with me for a short discussion in German.
Once they all agreed I was a match, I waited for HR to call me to sign the offer (which I did, as I agreed to the salary).
