Pros: People managers, most of them are so good.
Cons: I can say the salary is less than the market by a huge difference.
Not so many good projects; most of them are AMS legacy projects with languages that are no longer used anywhere.
The learning curve is not good and depends also on the project.
During my notice period, you will see totally different treatment.
