The interview process consisted of:

• 1 technical round
• 1 managerial round
• 1 HR round

This was a terrible experience at every phase.

First, at the MindSpace entrance, you are not allowed to carry any bags inside the building. The technical round involved a person interviewing on the phone and asking you to code over the air. The manager round felt more like a fish market, bargaining 10-20k on a salary hike.

During the HR round, they took my fingerprints, photo, and Aadhaar card photos. They treated people as if they were terrorists, and it's unclear if it's even legal to collect these details before an offer.

Finally, after patiently dealing with all these insults and providing all the necessary details for background verification, there has been no offer letter for two months.

The HR department does not reply to emails or even update you on the status. I will never interview with them again.
