The interview process was conducted online. Given the tricky questions and the short selection period, it was a bit difficult to answer and it took time to understand. Also, some questions were graphic-related, and you needed to select the moving graphics quickly.

Pros: The WLB is a huge pro for IBM, and the paternity compensation is also a huge plus. I like working for a company that is such an integral part of innovation and pushing tech forward with AI and, most recently, quantum computing.
Cons: Even though compensation is good, I get the sense that IBM could be doing a lot better in terms of market share and market position, especially on its Cloud business.
