Fast Growth, Slow Pace

Pros: People all around the world are willing to help your career anytime you reach out to them. IBM has so many ways for you to further your growth within the company and, most importantly, your own professional brand. Professional growth can be fast and easy. It is up to you.
I've been with IBM for 6 months and received 3 certifications and have opportunities to move around within the company.
Cons: Things can get really slow. Communication can be slow, and getting assigned to a project can be slow. But those are times you can take out to learn more.
