2nd Round:

Video Assessment - Scenario-based questions to understand the candidate's personality and dedication.

Tell me about a time when you thought, "There has to be a better way" and you created a better way. What did you do, and what was the impact?

Describe a time when you had to work with people from other departments or teams, and someone was not collaborating as they should. How did you approach the situation?

Tell me about a time when a work or school-related goal interfered with a personal goal. How did you manage the conflict?

Please describe a time when you went out of your way to help someone resolve an issue or problem. What did you do to help, and what was the result?
