Process
The interview process consisted of one telephonic round, followed by one face-to-face interview round, and finally an HR round. It took one month to release the offer.
They intentionally released the offer with less compensation than what was promised during the HR interview. You may need to follow up with your HR manager for this.
I changed my offer three times.
