Pros: I cannot think of one single reason. OK. It is a brand. Use it while you can.
Cons: Thousands. Very low salary. No increments. Hire many contractors. Throw them out anytime. Very bad team morale. Outsourcing all jobs to India. Have to pay for everything – tea, coffee, books, bags, courier – everything.
