Pros: I have really enjoyed working at IBM so far because of the opportunities it has provided me to grow in my junior role. It has also allowed me to point my growth trajectory towards mid-level positions so I can eventually take on more responsibility. I have grown by stepping out of my comfort zone and asking for work outside of my scope, which my seniors have helped immensely in providing.

Cons: Pay is slightly lower than I'd like.

Good start to the career.
