The interview was an overall good experience. The technical round and coding questions were quite standard.
However, I had a bad experience with the recruiter (i.e., the point of contact HR team).
One of them was so arrogant with me. It was as if I had to plead with them to push the offer letter. The worst part is that they seem to treat everyone that way. Please, if anyone from the IBM HR team is reading this, teach your recruiting HRs some interpersonal skills before judging a candidate's interpersonal skills. It's my request.
