Process
There were three rounds in total: an aptitude test, a psychometric analysis, and a face-to-face interview.
The aptitude test consisted of basic mathematics, statistics, and probability. Questions were also based on patterns and family trees.
The psychometric test was a bit tough, as there was no single right answer to any question. These were multiple-choice questions where your answers would test your characteristics.
