The recruitment process involves two online rounds:

• English Assessment (Quickfire)
• Coding Assessment (1 simple HackerRank question, language of your choice)

Once qualified, you will be called for offline rounds at your venue of choice. All rounds are elimination rounds.

First Round: Simple HackerRank questions. Qualified participants will move on to the second round.

Second Round: Group Discussion. A topic will be given by the interviewer, and you will be asked to share your thoughts and opinions.

Third Round: If not eliminated in the Group Discussion, you will proceed to the interview.

For the interview, remain calm. Ensure you have not misrepresented your technical skills on your resume, as the interviewer will test your knowledge of the skills mentioned. It will not reflect well if you cannot answer the interviewer's questions. The interview duration is approximately 10-15 minutes.

IBM's recruitment process appears to be in disarray. I interviewed in March 2024, cleared the interview, and received a Letter of Intent (LOI) two weeks later. I am still awaiting an onboarding call or offer letter. I strongly suggest not prioritizing IBM, as I did. Keep your options open.
