This was the worst interview experience. Even a person with zero skills could nail it. It was all about luck, and gaming interest mattered. They gave some number puzzles and games (sometimes a kid with little game exposure could pass them) as the first round. The second round was a personality assessment test, which was very easy. Most of the weak students with low grades got placed there. Now I understand why IBM loses value over the years; they don't seem to need talented people anymore. I am so lucky not to be there. Truly thanking Team IBM for that. Luck, gaming exposure, and a little logical skill can help you open the door to that hell.
Prepare puzzles of arranging figures, shortest distance ball game, etc.
