I applied through college. The drive was held at Sharda University. First, there was an online test (Aptitude + Business Development). Solving previous years' questions for the IBM test helped qualify for the interview. The result was declared within two hours. Then, on the second day, the interview process took place. There were nine panels for the interview process. On the first day, they asked easy questions, but on the second day, they started asking technical questions too (perhaps because they selected many students on the first day). Being confident in front of them is the key to getting selected.
