Pros: Work-life balance is good. No swipe-in time is noted. Unlimited casual and sick leave are available. US onsite opportunities exist. Even after leaving the organization, chances to get a US visa are good as the IBM name is associated with you.
There are lots of tie-ups with big online course providers like Coursera and Udemy.
Cons: Pay is less.
Hike is very less, 5-6% on average. Sometimes even less.
Less promotions.
Good for managers.
