First, the registration link was sent by HR. Once registration was completed, we had to complete the cognitive ability test. The test was very interesting, testing our analytical skills and speed of thinking. I cleared the test and was scheduled for an interview on Webex.

I was very disappointed with the interview. There were two people. One person asked a list of questions from Selenium, Cucumber, and Java. I answered all except one or two. The other person was a manager and asked about the processes followed in my organization and the tools used, including questions like "Why only those tools were used?" I was not very confident in answering those questions.

Selenium:

Which method is used to get font color and size properties of a WebElement? How to get all the options from a dropdown? Which class is used for user-defined actions? Which class is used to handle dropdowns? Which language is used in Cucumber features? What is the common framework used by Cucumber? How do we handle window popups using Selenium? What are the waits available in Selenium?

Agile:

What are the terms used in the Agile process? Who is the Product Owner? Is he from the client side or the company side? Who will finalize the requirements? What is the advantage of using HP ALM over Jira for defects? Why is a Kanban board used in Jira for projects?
