Process

I was contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn.

I received a call for a first filter, where I was asked about my previous experience and some questions in English. A couple of days later, I had my second interview with the manager. During this interview, I was asked similar questions, along with questions about decision-making in the workplace and more questions in English.

Finally, a couple more days later, I had the technical interview, where I had to solve a problem assigned to me based on my relevant previous experience.

Everyone was really friendly and helpful during the process. Overall, the entire experience, from the recruiter's initial contact to the hiring decision, lasted about a week. It was the best experience I've had.
