Cons: Managers are non-technical. Be ready to get into a PIP if you are not great at manager's bootlicking. Managers are egoistic, non-technical, and have a career-ruining attitude. Once ratings are out, they mandatorily have to give low ratings to a few people, even if they work like donkeys, because they are straightforward with the manager. My manager is non-technical, and she doesn't even know the functional aspect of the module of the product she has a team for. There are unnecessary, unrealistic, and abnormal inputs in meetings just to state that they are present. Favouritism is at its height; only the favorite person gets good ratings, promotions, and other appreciation, causing demotivation amongst the team. Trust me, if your manager is non-tech, it will surely cause you PTSD (Post-traumatic stress disorder). Higher chances to get into a PIP if you oppose managers or put forth your suggestions, at least resulting in negative ratings and no work.

Pros: Good career growth, no matter if you're a fresher or an experienced person.

Cons: A little bit of a hectic working schedule.

Pros: Good work-life balance and a good tech stack to work with.

Cons: Old offices, boring colleagues, and many people above 30 would make it difficult for young people.
