I only had one in-person interview. It was one hour, with a senior engineer who leads a team, and an engineer from his team. There were many behavioral questions and a simple coding question.

Pros: Good training if you are self-taught. Ambitious projects. Relatively good environment.
Cons: The onboarding experience in the team was very deficient. Initially, I was promised support with a coach and the opportunity to learn a lot, but in practice, I was relegated to meaningless strategic Excel tasks, wasting six months of work in a company I considered serious.
When I tried to be assigned to a real role, I only received evasions. It's regrettable, because I joined convinced it would be fertile ground for growth, but I encountered a neglected onboarding and a lack of commitment from the leaders.
