Cons: Poor management in projects. Some people work; others are simply on vacation.

Pros: 1. One of the leading IT outsourcing companies, focusing on development work, be it enterprise or open-source solutions.
2. Learning here is great, as long as you can keep up with the needs of each project assigned.
3. Has a strong HMO offer for successful candidates.
4. Bonuses depend on overall performance, along with the client or project assigned (depending also on the industry).
5. Provides work equipment (laptop).
Cons: Candidates need to be aware that in the event their assigned project or client ends, they are expected to skill up and apply for the list of clients for another project. (They should also pass the tech interviews).
Work arrangements depend on the project or assigned client. In cases where a candidate is considered a floating resource, they are required to be onsite daily, and/or if the account/client requires it.
(Note: Some clients are okay with a remote setup.)
