I received a call from a team manager at IBM stating they liked my resume and wanted me to proceed with the interview process.

All the interviews were smooth and went well.

Suddenly, after the process concluded, I was ghosted, and not a single person reached out to me.

I called the team manager who had initially reached out, and he said it was still in process. After several weeks, I emailed him, but received no response. I also emailed HR, with no response.

This has been the worst interview process I have been through to date. I won't suggest working here.
