Pros: IBM is a place where you can go if you want to experience multiple roles and learn. It's not about a great salary. Every 18 months, you are motivated to take up new roles and accept challenges.
Cons: Salary growth is a big factor in an IBM career. Salary does not move unless you move to a new Band.
Do not join IBM in Band 5 or less; prefer joining only Band 7 and above.
