- People are judged on various factors.
- Work-life balance is really good.
- More options to learn various technologies.
Cons: Core work is really less. Decisions are taken with higher management without consulting lower management people. Growth opportunities on core work are less. Lots of cost-saving work keep on going. Every now and then, they keep on changing the tools being used.
