Pros: The reason I love working for IBM is the diversity of talent that works here and that I get to interact with on a daily basis.
People that work here come from a wide variety of backgrounds and walks of life that create a unique mix and a great learning experience. A lot of opportunity to learn and grow.
Cons: To be honest, nothing is perfect; there's always something. But I'm fairly new and like to stay on the positive side. I will update later if I have something.
