Smooth interview. First round was cognify round, followed by behavioural, and then technical. Took 3 weeks in the process. Overall good interview. HR were very helpful and throughout the process I had an advance mail about the type of the interview to prepare.

Pros: At IBM, you have the luxury, privilege, and duty to stand on the shoulders of giants—the IBMers who came before you.
These are the people who broke glass ceilings at every stage of the well over hundred-year-old history of IBM. The people who built a company around the world, across oceans and divides.
They are the slightly more profit-oriented than the Red Cross of information technology.
Cons: You'll miss the free fruit bowls and perks of other .com "startups" at first. You may think you're a little underpaid.
It may seem difficult at first to see the forest for the trees. But you'll find you're part of a company that's been inventing IT and looking after its own for longer than your grandparents were born ago.
Make and keep yourself relevant, and you'll have no issues.
