Cons: There is no follow-up from leadership. The only communication made will be to request that the time reporting tools be filled out. If the employee takes the initiative to communicate with leadership, the event may even occur, but it will be treated by the manager as a favor and not as part of leadership responsibilities. For a large part of the time, the employee only communicates with the company team to which they are allocated, which in turn is concerned with solving the company's problems and not theirs. There is no career follow-up. Depending on your allocation, your IBM computer will be replaced by a computer from the company you are providing services to, taking away your access to the various tools and benefits that IBM employees 'should be entitled to'. This will negatively impact your semiannual performance review, as various systems you should fill out will not be accessible to you.
