A consultancy scheduled an interview with IBM. It was a Sunday.
So, the HR personnel and technical panel were not on time.
Since my skill is a niche skill, the number of people to be interviewed was less.
First, there was a technical interview which happened via phone, as no panel was available. It went for more than an hour. The interview was tough, and I answered 75% of the questions.
After some time, I was called for a PDM interview where they discussed my attitude, willingness, logic application, and the PDM themselves conducted the HR process of negotiation of salary, etc.
I was through, but processing the offer took a lot of time. It took almost a month for me to get the offer.
Scenarios were given and participants were asked to resolve them.
