Process
I did the IBM interview to work at a client. There were three phases.
The first phase was with the recruiter and it was a less technical interview. The second phase was with the technical lead, which involved a more technical interview and to understand how I deal with certain situations. The third interview was with the client themselves, in English, addressing technical parts and how to handle them.
After the three stages, I received the offer.
