I initially received an email from IBM for a face-to-face interview. Upon arrival, the first round was a technical interview that lasted for one hour. Afterward, I was asked to wait for the next round, which was a management round. This was also one hour long and was a mix of technical and non-technical questions. My salary was discussed during that meeting.

He was asking about performance tuning, patching, and all day-to-day DBA activity.
