Process
The process has three rounds: mostly technical, followed by a final HR interview. This is standard.
It takes a long time, over two months for the entire process. I would recommend keeping the search for other roles active elsewhere while the IBM process continues. Relying on it completely is not a good idea, as it can turn out in any direction within two months' time.
