Process

The hiring and interview process are streamlined, especially when the company really needs people. However, it varies highly by department/division.

Your best chance is through an employee reference.

The process typically involves a phone screen, followed by an on-site interview if you're a match.

On-site interviews are mostly one to two days long and involve four to six people. I have seen candidates required to make a 10-minute presentation on a random topic, but that is an exception.
