Process
Applied, completed an online assessment, and was then interviewed. I was wildly unqualified for the position; one interviewer left after 10 minutes, and the interview concluded after 20 minutes (this was supposed to be a 1-hour interview). It was very clear recruiters did not look at my responsibilities for the positions I listed on my resume. Do not recommend.

- 5.0Amazing Internship, better than I could have imaginedDeveloper Intern • Current EmployeeJuly 24, 2020Pros: My internship was a wonderful experience. I was matched with a great team of people who are helpful and caring. But the best part was that I learned so much over my summer internship. I was able to develop new technical skills and greatly expand my understanding of new technologies and the industry. I reached out to about 10 people that are currently in the role I'm aspiring to for networking, and everyone responded positively and were happy to do coffee chats with me. I really love the culture at IBM; people are so welcoming and helpful. Also, the pay for interns is quite good from my perspective.Cons: None from my perspective. I loved my internship.
