Process
It was a telephonic interview at the IBM Pune location. The interview lasted a full day.
While the telephonic interview could have been conducted from home, IBM requested me to travel from Mumbai to Pune for the interview.
The interview went very well and was completed in a single day. I must say IBM has the best interview process compared to any other company.
