Process
First, there was a phone interview with the hiring manager. After passing it, I received an invitation to go to the site for a one-day interview. I met with the manager, and they arranged the whole day's interview, including a presentation, one-on-one interviews with key group members, and a meeting with a higher-level manager. After one to two weeks, I received the job offer.
