Pros: 1. You will get ample team members working for long at IBM SL.
2. You do get your time because one task runs for a long time.
3. Good tools, along with some bad tools, are available to you.
Cons: 1. Why is it hard to get an answer here?
2. Looking for access to prod logs. Request for another access, and that will be given to you in 2 days, even if that's a P1 issue. It's hard to adjust to it if you're built with this mindset.
