Process
My interview with IBM India Pvt. Ltd. took place on March 4th and 5th, 2012, in Pune, India.
On the first day, an online aptitude test took place. It was really tough. Only 100 candidates out of 1000 cleared the first round and were called on March 5th, 2012, for the next rounds. We were told that the next day would contain two interviews – one technical and one HR. However, on March 5th, 2012, both the technical and HR rounds took place in the same sequence. In the evening, the results were announced, and luckily, my name was there in the list of 17 selected candidates.
