I applied for this position at the Buffalo, NY office and had an extremely disappointing experience during the interview process.

The entire process felt unprofessional, and it became evident that the company does not respect the time and efforts of candidates.

• The first interviewer for my initial interview was late by 10 minutes and did not provide any explanation or apology for the delay. This made me feel undervalued and disrespected as a candidate.
• To make matters worse, during my panel interview, only one of the two scheduled interviewers showed up, and again no explanation was given for the absent interviewer. This was a clear indication of a lack of professionalism and disrespect for my time and efforts.

After the interviews, I waited for over a month for feedback from the hiring team, but there was no response.

I had to follow up with the recruiter myself, but unfortunately, she did not respond to my email.

Overall, my experience tells me that IBM Buffalo has an unprofessional interview process that does not value candidates' time and effort.
