In the guru interview, the interviewer could not understand my project because I work on C++ and he only knows Java. He then gave a negative evaluation to HR.

Cons: Very behind on modern technologies. Management is rarely technical. It's very hard to leave the mainframe. The retention rate is very bad.

Cons: Usually no bonus. 3 weeks vacation + 1 week for every 10 years served.
