Process

There was a phone interview that included a simple coding exercise and questions about the languages I use. After that, I received a fly-down for a full-day interview. There were about 20 of us, and we went through 4 stages:

  • 1:1 coding review
  • Group panel to discuss technologies and languages
  • Presentation
  • Group problem-solving exercise

Questions

A week before my fly-down, I was asked to redesign the crossfit.com website. We were time-limited to approximately five hours of work.
