The process was extremely confusing, as multiple HR representatives were trying to guide me through their individual processes. After four rounds of interviews, they didn't have the decency to inform me if I was selected or not. When I emailed them, they initially responded saying they were working on my offer letter, which raised my hopes. However, they then replied, "No, sorry, it's the wrong person. We have multiple people with the same name." The interviews themselves were good, but the HR representatives were the problem.
