Process
Applied online and received a response about a week later to set up a Skype interview. The interview consisted mainly of technical questions. I was then referred to another recruiter to interview for a different position within the company. I have not heard anything since then.

- Collaborating with really smart people.

Cons: - Really fast-paced.
- Potential of not getting on a project for a long period, but I see that this only happens for people who don't put any effort into practicing interviews and who are not passionate.
