Pros: - Stable job, and that's it.
- 30 days of vacation.
Cons: It's almost impossible to grow at IBM if you are an introverted person, no matter what you do. There are no salary raises, no bonuses, and new tools are hard to adopt. There's no balance in work; sometimes nothing at all, sometimes a lot.
