Totally confusing process. I had three initial conversations, and it seemed like the process wasn't moving forward. One of them was with a developer who, somehow, got my contact and was trying to recommend me internally.
When the process finally moved forward, they registered incorrect information about my experiences. Shortly after, I was approached by an HR person requesting documents for admission, even though I had barely completed the process. Several times, I mentioned that I hadn't finished the process and hadn't even received an offer, but the person kept insisting on my documents. I had to block the person; for me, it was a scam, it must have been...
A few days later, the project coordinator called me. I pointed out the flaws in my internal record, but it was okay. We talked for 10 minutes. At the end of the conversation, he asked about my graduation status (which is not completed). In summary, it was a waste of time, as the client requires completed graduation.
I believe it's an isolated case, but I was scared by the lack of organization, highly suspicious approach, rushed conversations, lack of space for dialogue, and in-depth discussions.
