I had two rounds of interviews:
First, the initial round was mostly non-technical and conversational.

Pros: Only 3-day RTO so far.
Cons: Five engineers on my team quit, plus the manager. They gave us one Band-6 backfill who barely speaks English.
Everything is broken and barely hanging by a thread.
