Pros: Good salary, usually not stressful. You can travel a lot and learn a lot. They stress a lot on learning. Overtime is paid. Work from home.
Cons: Pretty low on benefits, gifts, or parties. This has improved lately. You don't usually hope for raises or bonuses; your salary sticks to the one negotiated for a long time.
