Process
I filled the application form and did the difficult IPAT test. I waited for what felt like forever to be called for the assessment centre.
The morning session included:
- A logic exercise
- A discussion exercise
Both exercises were designed to test teamwork abilities. There was no single right answer. If candidates didn't pass these exercises, they were sent home before lunch.
I proceeded to an interview after lunch. I am now waiting to hear back on how I did and what the next steps are.
