Good benefits, especially if you get into a project.
Cons: The whole process to get into a project is a bit confusing and troublesome, but once you get there, you'll be okay.

Pros: None that I can think of. They did pay me, I suppose.
Cons: Only laptops are available for staff programming at desks all the time.
Very disorganized.
Other staff are unhelpful.
