The process was relatively smooth.
There was a video call over Zoom with around 12 people. It wasn't very technical; they mostly asked about my experiences on my resume and the classes I was taking.
They seemed very enthusiastic and wanted me on even before the interview!

Pros: Management supports working from home.
Good group of people to work with.
Cons: Frequent layoffs.
Gradual shift of workers from the US to India.
Understaffed for the amount of work.
Poor communication from project managers.
Unreasonable project schedules that have just become a joke.
No sense of the big picture; everything is week-to-week survival.
Upper management seems to be only concerned with profit and their stock options.
Difficult to see where you fit in such a large corporation.
Can easily have your first-line manager be in some other geography hundreds of miles away.
Working remotely from the main group can leave workers feeling isolated and lost.
